San Jose Sharks Store Frustration
Why is it so hard to get some help?
As a loyal San Jose Sharks fan, I decided to take a leap of faith and pre-order an authentic jersey before having ever seen it. At $250, it's not chump change. Unfortunately for me, it's been a rough ride trying to get someone to confirm my order.
A few weeks ago, I downloaded the pre-order form, filled it out, and faxed it...just as instructed. After some time passed, I decided to reach out to someone at the San Jose Sharks Store because I hadn't received any type of confirmation.
Well, so far, I've tried to call three times and nobody has picked up the phone. One would think that after having left three messages, I would have received some type of response.
In an attempt to lessen my frustration, I'm blogging about it. Unfortunately, I still haven't heard back from anyone...weaksauce.
Update 9/18/07
Though the store never returned any of my phone calls, they did contact me today to ask for my credit card info. I guess they had my order the entire time, but didn't have the courtesy to call me back. Oh well, I'm happy that the jersey is coming, but the experience was still frustrating.
